Can I import products from 1688 or Taobao to Shopify?
Yes. Paste your product link on the Import page inside the app. We parse the listing and pull structured product data — title, variants, images, and specs — so you can review and publish to Shopify.
Do 1688 product images need AI translation?
Not always. We show already-translated images and content from 1688 when available. If something does not fit your market, you can run AI translation or image cleanup again before you import.
Is image translation powered by AI?

What if I run out of credits?

Do unused credits roll over to next month?
No. Plan credits reset every 30-day billing cycle to your plan allowance. Unused credits do not carry over. One-time add-on packs add credits immediately for the current period.
