By installing or using 1688 AI Importer, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not install or use the App.
Eligibility
You must be a authorized user of a Shopify store and comply with Shopify's terms and policies.
Service description
The App helps merchants parse 1688 and Taobao product links, run optional AI localization and image processing, and import products into Shopify.
Features and credit costs may change; current pricing is shown in the App and on our marketing site.
Credits and billing
AI credits are consumed when you run parse, localization, and image AI jobs. Importing products to Shopify does not consume credits.
Paid plans and add-on packs are billed through Shopify app billing. Plan credits reset every 30-day billing cycle; unused plan credits do not roll over.
One-time add-on packs increase your balance immediately. Refunds for failed AI jobs are handled automatically where applicable.
Acceptable use
You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to import and sell the products you publish.
Do not use the App for unlawful content, infringement, or abuse of third-party platforms or APIs.
AI output disclaimer
AI-generated translations and images may contain errors. You are solely responsible for reviewing and approving all content before publishing to your store.
Limitation of liability
The App is provided “as is” to the maximum extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
Termination
You may stop using the App by uninstalling it from Shopify Admin. We may suspend access if you violate these Terms or applicable law.
